Q.96. How does the moral law apply particularly to the unsaved?
A. The moral law awakens the consciences of the unsaved to flee from the coming wrath[1] and so drives them to Christ.[2] But, if they continue in their unsaved and sinful condition, the law has left them without excuse[3] and under its curse.[4]
